Frequently asked questions

The machine won't start.

Check that the charger is unplugged, the emergency stop is released and the batteries are charged. If the screen or lights stay off, check the main fuse, then contact support.

Water is left on the floor behind the machine.

In order: the squeegee is lowered, the blades are clean and not worn, the vacuum hose is connected, the recovery tank isn't full and its lid is closed.

Which cleaning chemical should I use?

A low-foam detergent made for auto-scrubbers, diluted as the label says. Foaming products fill the recovery tank and block the vacuum.

How often should I charge the batteries?

After every use, until the charger finishes its cycle. AGM batteries last longer when they are never left discharged.

How do I order parts?

Through your dealer or directly by email with the machine's serial number. The online store is coming.
