Why TRAX
Canadian facilities have always bought equipment designed and supported somewhere else. When a part is missing, it crosses a border or an ocean. TRAX was created so that assembly, parts and service would be in one place: here.
What we do in Saint-Jérôme
Every TRAX is assembled, wet-tested and serialized in our shop. Wear parts are stocked on site. Technical support comes from the same team, in French and English.
For facilities
Schools, hospitals, municipalities, retail: a Canadian supplier, an invoice in Canadian dollars, a serial number that starts here.
